The annual open enrollment for healthcare plans begin December 1st and end December 31st each year. We do however start accepting applications on November the 1st. You may choose to have coverage effective December 1st or January 1st, provided your application is submitted prior to the date requested. Existing enrollee’s may submit plan change requests for December 1st, effective date only - completed change request forms must be received before December 28th.
